Hello All,

I’m using the conversation chat, and I’d like to create a custom design and experience and want to see if it’s possible -

My requirements are:

1. Make it inline instead on floating bubble.

2. Create a totally custom design for the chat - change size, colors and more.

I’ve tried checking the API for answers (Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot)

and tried using css but with no effect.

3. Make the chat full screen.

What can I do please in order to create a custom design for the chat?

These all sound like really cool things to do - but they are not supported currently.

Please post in the ideas forum so that other users can vote to show their interest in this too.
