I see that you can connect Live Chat to your Slack instance and have chats ping over to a specified channel where you can chat with a prospect/customer from Slack and not have to do it from Conversations. It’d be great to include chats from Chat Bots as well. Maybe even have the Slack channel ping as an action in the chatflow builder.
This improvement would be great. Before we used the chatbots all our new Live chats notified the support team in slack so the first available agent could answer. Now that we are using a chatbot to triage the chats, they don’t notify us in slack until someone is assigned the chat already. Totally useless as a notification system.
