Our chatbot will change the language too easily. The contacts IP was in the US. They send a 2 word message one of which was “Staccato”.
this changes the language to italian and confused our contact. This happens regularly.
We need a way to exclude certain words from changing the language and a sensitivity setting for how sure the chatbot needs to be to change the language.
