Chatbot issue after eliminating account

Hello,

So my main issue is eliminating the chatbot because it making the performance of my web going slower and PageSpeed Insight recomends me to take it off.
So when I did tryed, there is an issue that when you activate the chatbot and after you eliminate de account… the chatbot it is still remaining on my web. I was hoping that when you eliminate de account this chatbot will disappear but it does not. I have talked to people in the company and told me that the accounts can not be recover… so hubspot can you explain us how to fix this?
You should also try to fix this for future clientes so it does not happend again

@DaniHLL have you removed the HubSpot tracking code from your website provider?

If the script is removed it won’t be able to load the chatbot.
