So I created my first chatbot and been looking for hours to solve this issue, beacause the conversation and ticket that the chatbot is supposed to make, does not appear in my inbox.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have multiple conversations inboxes, is there a chance you’re looking in the wrong one?
If that’s not it, could you share a screenshot of your inbox settings? (Settings > Inbox > Inboxes)
