It would be good if we are given an option to end our chat conversation by sending our visitor and email, not just the chat transcript, but also other information, e.g product brochure that the customer request for information too.
100% agree. Given that the bots have qualiifcation of leads capabilities and can then hand off to a live chat, we find this to be constantly frustrating.
