The person in charge of the HubSpot account is no longer working with us and he is the Super Admin, therefore I need to change the Super Admin for the Account
If there are no other super admins then the original super admin will need to transfer ownership and select another super admin. If this is not possible, in most cases you would be able to reach out to support for assistance, but in free accounts your options are limited. You could try reaching out to Hubspot sales if that is the case that you are unable to move forward with your account and consider it for purchase since someone is holding onto your account and data. Outside of legal options against the former super admin, that’s about the only options you have.
