Change Chatbot Placeholder

In the chatbot tool, it would be great to be able to change the placeholder for the input. Currently, it just says, “Write a Message.” In the screenshot, we’re asking for their first name - so it would be excellent to be able to change that to say - in this case - “Write your first name”.

What we’re getting are people writing their message, so the first name property gets saved as “Do you have such and such product in stock?” rather than their first name. I know there’s always going to be some of that, but I think if we could provide additional clarity in the placeholder, it could help cut down on some of that confusion.

We have the same exact “issue”! We’ve tried so many iterations of that first question asking people to introduce themselves before writing a message, but it only makes sense to have that placeholder text “Introduce yourself, and write your message” or similar. The algorithm is smart enough to pull up the name if the person includes it at the beginning of their message, but clarity in that first prompt would be super helpful!
