I just completed the test for my RevOps certification. I passed the test, however the page has been saying “Hang tight while your certificate loads” now for well over an hour. I have tried refreshing the page. I don’t want to navigate away from the page and potentially lose the record of having completed the test. How do I get my hands on my actual certification?

My cerftificate has now been stuck loading for over a day. Is there anything that can be done? Is there somewhere that I can go and download my certificate?

Thank you for reaching out to the academy community board! I’m happy to help out with this. I am showing the certificate was awarded 22 days ago, I would recommend downloading the certificate from the my profile tab in the academy page.

I am also experiencing the same issue, and it’s an assignment I need to submit for a grade. Could you include instructions on how to find and download the certificates? I don’t see an intuitive location option under my profile.
