i just got my digital marketing certification but im not able to download it
can someone help me please
not sure if this is helpful, but if you are able to see the cert when you complete the exam, you can take a screenshot of the cert. (has all the same info as the download)
Heya @146071103 Congrats on completing the Digital Marketing certification!
Please go to HubSpot Academy and open My Learning, then look under the course for a View certification link. From there, you should be able to open and download the certificate.
If you do not see that link or receive an error, please share a screenshot of the message and let us know which browser/device you are using. Please don’t post your email address publicly. You can also review the certificate download troubleshooting steps and submit the support form if the issue continues.
