Hi everyone, i was trying to take the exam for social media marketing and it only gave me 1 minutes for 70 questions i didn’t understand why and i also tried to take exams for other certifications, same thing happend, the exams ended within couple of minutes and asked me to take it after 12 hours, so how can i fix this ? did anyone experience this error before or it’s just me?

I would recommend that you clear your browser cache and reload the course page. Alternatively, you can test that this is the solution first by opening the course in an incognito window and seeing if it resolves the error. Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for your suggestion but it still doesn’t work and keeps giving me 1minute for the exams, I tried to contact technical support at Hubspot but they asked me to post it here.
