When a certificate is expired and the course is already complete how do you get a new certificate on that same course if it is already complete?

If your HubSpot certificate has expired and you have already completed the course, you will need to retake the course and pass the certification exam again in order to earn a new certificate.
To do this, log in to your HubSpot account and navigate to the HubSpot Academy dashboard. Find the course you need to retake and click on it to view the course details. Then, click on the “Start Course” button to begin retaking the course.
Once you have completed the course again, you will need to pass the certification exam by achieving a passing score. If you pass the exam, you will receive a new certificate for the course. If you do not pass the exam, you will need to retake it until you achieve a passing score.
Note that some courses may have a limit on the number of times you can retake the certification exam. In such cases, you may need to wait until the limit resets before you can attempt to earn a new certificate.
