I recently took a retest for the Email Marketing Certicate, I score 50/60 and received an email from hubspot congratulating Mr. However, when I go to my learning the test is not reflected. How can I obtain this certificate in a timely manner?
Hi @SO23,
If you took a retest for the Email Marketing Certificate and scored 50 out of 60, but the certificate isn’t showing up on your learning profile, here’s what you can do:
- Check Email Folders: Look in your spam or junk folders for the certificate email. Sometimes it ends up there.
- Wait a Bit: Sometimes it takes time for the system to update. Wait a day or two and check again.
- Contact HubSpot Help: If it’s still not there, email HubSpot’s support. Tell them what’s going on and share the email you got.
- Show Proof: If you can, send a picture of the congratulatory email to prove you passed.
- Double-Check: Make sure you finished all the requirements for the certificate, not just the test.

Thank you for responding. I still have not received my certificate and the system isn’t update so that I can download the certificate. It’s been two weeks. Numerous contact points and still no resolution. By the way it’s not in my junk folder.
Thanks for posting here @SO23, I’m happy to help here.
I’ve sent you a private message to get further information. Once I hear back I’m happy to help generate your certificate.
Take care,
