Certificate doesn't show my last name

Hello! I’m having trouble with my certificate. It doesn’t show my last name. I updated my profile according to the instructions provided on the troubleshooting topic, but it didn’t help., I also cleaned the cache and cookies. I also asked for help one week ago, but nobody responded to me.

Thank you so much for reaching out. Are you taking about your Inbound Marketing certificate, if so I just regengrated the certificate and you should be able to download the new version. If it is a different certificate please let me know.

Hi! Yes, it is Inbound Marketing. It still doesnt show my last name
