Can't edit or create forms right now

Getting this message “You can’t edit or create forms right now. Your forms tool access has been suspended while we carry out some checks.” The last form I created was deleted. I was really puzzled because I couldn’t think of any reason, until I realized that I was testing the new website in staging (different URL) and that probably created a security check.

Everything was ready to go live for the non-profit site, and it doesn’t look like we will be able to go forward until this is fixed.

Is there any way to contact someone and explain on a free account?

If your access to forms gets suspended, you should see a banner alert message in your account with details about the suspension. Click the link in this message to submit more information about your business and how you’re using this tool. Your submission and account activity will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. I’m not aware of any ways to speed up this check, unfortunately.
