I AM TRYING TO CREATE GOALS AND I CANT

You must be a user with Forecast permissions in order to create, edit, and delete goals in your account. If you don’t have the permission, I’d recommend reaching out to a super admin in your portal to grant you these permissions.
In order to be assigned a goal, however, a user must have either a paid Sales Hub Starter, Professional, or Enterprise seat, or a Service Hub Enterprise seat. Without a paid seat, you can’t create goals for users. Here I’d recommend checking if these users have a paid seat.

I’m having the same issue as the above poster, but the user I’m trying to assign goals has a paid seat. I’ve verified this. Is there a reason for that?
