I create Forcast Revenue goal as per the instructionand while i am on the goals screen i can see the goaol. However, if I leave the page and go to another page (like Reports for example) and then go baclk to the goals page , the goals page is empty. The funny thing is that if i crate another goal and the goals page opens i will see the previously created goal too. going to another page and returning to the goals page and its like magic -both goals no longer visible…
What am i doing wrong?
Hi, @ZEizenberg ,
Hubspot had some tech issues in the last 24h and that seems more like a bug than anything else. Have you tried to clear your cache, or add a parameter to the URL, e.g. when you’re on the Goals page, add ?testing to the end of the URL. As URL parameters can change the content of a webpage, the browser “has to” request the latest version of it, instead of relying on the cache. Of course, if it’s a caching issue, it might help checking incognito, as well. Sometimes that fixes it.
If that doesn’t work, it will be interesting to try and record your screen, so I can see everything in action. Maybe even with the error console working to see if there’s anything misfiring.
I hope that helps,
Eli
I am having the same problem, but on the Sales → Forecast page it says ‘No Goals Set’ even though I just set the goals for all 11 sales seat users. If I look on the Quota Attainment report on Sales → Analytics, the figures are there, so I think the Forecast page just isn’t updated yet (still processing). I am hoping it’s just that it takes a while to process and I need to wait a few hours, refresh the page, cache etc. Did you get it to work? What was the issue?
The solution to my problem, in case it helps anyone else, is that we needed to set our Forecast to quarterly as that’s how the revenue goals were set. If you have it set to monthly then when you go to Forecast page it will say there are no goals.
