Can’t access Google sheet for Gap Analysis

Could you share a bit more context on which Google Sheet you’re trying to access? Is this a HubSpot provided template from one of their courses or resources, or something shared by another community member?
If its a HubSpot resource, sometimes the links in older lessons or blog posts break when files get moved or permissions change. Usually reaching out to HubSpot support or checking if theres an updated version in the Academy materials helps. If its from a course, theres often a “Resources” section where they keep current links.
If someone else shared it, the owner might need to update the sharing settings to “Anyone with the link can view” for you to access it.
You could also try requesting access directly through the Google Sheets prompt that appears when permissions are restricted. Let us know which sheet it is and we can probably point you in the right direction.
