Cannot Upload Images From a Specific Device

For over a week now I have been unable to upload images to HubSpot from my Mac Mini M2. Working with HubSpot support, I have tried:

  • Clearing my cache
  • Using a different browser
  • Signing into a different HubSpot account
  • Uploading different images
  • Updating my browser and OS

HubSpot is the only program I am experiencing this issue with, I can upload these files to the G Suite, Canva, Facebook, etc. I can also upload to HubSpot from a different device.
Has anyone experienced this issue and resolved it?

Thanks!

Hi @AllyssaDWoodson,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I understand that you followed this article “Upload files to use in your HubSpot content” but this doesn’t work on your Mac Mini M2, right?
- Which error are you seeing please?
- Which file type is it? Jpg? PDF? Other?
- Does this happen with all file types?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
I found the solution from @karstenkoehler on this post “Problems uploading files” that might help you.
Hi @KOMahoney, @CrisRich and @mschnitt do you have the same issue, please?
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @Mike_Eastwood, @Josh and @danmoyle did you hear of this behavior on a Mac Mini, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation :slightly_smiling_face:
Thanks and have a lovely day!
Best,
Bérangère

This sounds very odd that even switching to different accounts and browsers is not working. I have a similar mac (mbp m2 max) and would be willing to try uploading a sample file you are having issues with to another hub to see if it’s an issue.

If you are getting an error, I would suggest sharing that as that can help us. Also opening the console and sharing console errors could help from your browser. One other thing to consider is your router/firewall may be interfering with the upload. Can you try disabling firewalls temporarily to try uploads?

Hi @AllyssaDWoodson and welcome to the Community! Have you found a solution? That sounds like a very odd and frustrating problem. Hopefully you’re good to go. If not, let me know (tag me) and I’ll see if one of our developers has an idea.
