Cannot retake my Exams

Hello, I need assitance I just log in to take my exams after clicking the icon, it simply gave the message that my time is up and tha I score 0/60 with out attending to any question. I need assistance on the way forward I have less that 3 hours dead line.

I too have the same error and couldn"t retake my exam.How can i sort it out?

Hello mine has been resolved. First you have to consider the exam instruction, if you have finished the exam after one hour and you have not reached the pass mark you have to wait twelve hours before you’ll be given another chance. If that 12 hours has laps first before clicking retake icon make sure you clear your browser’s Cookie and cache selecting for all time and open the page on incognito window. It works for me.
