We are using hubspot for quite some time now and we have one invoice that we can’t open. It also apparently wasn’t sent to the customer when it was supposed to.
When clicking on “Download invoice” this message is displayed:
When clicking on view invoice a 404 shows up.

Thank you for your reply. I already tried all of this. I also tried reaching out to support, but they said I should ask here.

I turned off online payment, now I am able to edit and view the invoice and it was sent out to our customer.
