Cannot open invoices or Quotes HELP

My company has transitioned over to Hubspot, we are using the stripe integration.

When creating a quote or invoice, when it gets sent to a contact the link to “review and pay” or the actual invoice or quote link does not open. Like it’s a broken link?

Why is this the case and how do we fix this, hubspot will be useless to our business if we cannot send quotes and invoices through the app.

Could you share an example with screenshots so we can better understand what might be happening? Also, it might help to try opening the link in incognito mode to rule out any issues with cookies or cache.
