The delete option does not show for me when I try to delete a custom property.
I am a super admin.
The custom property I try to delete is not in use by other workflows etc.
We are currently on the free version where 10 custom properties is allowed. We have 19 from previous subscription and need to delete 10 of these to allow for a new custom property.
Even though you mentioned that the custom property is not in use by workflows, ensure that it is also not being used in any active forms, lists, or reports. Properties that are tied to any of these elements may prevent deletion.
Certain system properties or default properties that come with HubSpot cannot be deleted, even if they are custom to your account. Ensure that the property you are trying to delete is indeed a custom property. Or sometimes, if you’re in a specific view or section of HubSpot, certain options may not be visible.
If deleting isn’t an option, consider archiving the custom properties if that functionality is available. This can help you manage the number of active properties without permanently removing data.
