Cannot Create Products

Anyone run into an issue where they cannot create a product? I’ve filled in all the fields but cannot enter a unit cost.

Product Creation Error

P.S. I couldn’t find a Community for Deals or Products so apologizes for not putting this in the right place.

Thanks Cassie, should a response not occur am I stuck without further recourse?

That does sound frustrating! It might be a permissions or field setup issue. Try checking if the “Unit Cost” field is marked as required or restricted in your product settings. Sometimes a quick cache clear or switching browsers can do the trick too.

The Unit cost field cannot be edited. Banner at top “This property is provided by HubSpot and can’t be edited.” That said, I did check and nothing would appear to be permissions related. I also used another computer with a clean install of Windows 11, Firefox, Edge and Chrome and no difference. Still very much stuck and cannot move forward.
