So hubspot is creating a calendar invite automatically to anyone who goes onto my calendar -- its linked to outlook. Problem tho is it doesnt put a teams meeting link in the invite. Do I change that in Hubspot and where? Or is an outlook thing??

There’s a solution called Let’s Calendar. You can create a campaign, upload participant data (email id), and send calendar invites with the meeting link included. Contact data stays secure and private, only you can see the participants.
Also, when someone replies-all to an invite sent from Let’s Calendar, the response goes to your sender email inbox. To see those replies inside HubSpot, just connect that sending email in HubSpot (Settings → Email → Connect inbox). Once connected, replies will automatically appear in the contact’s activity timeline.
