Hello Community,
we use the Hubspot Meeting Link on our Website, that inbounds can book a meeting with us. On the other hand we use Microsoft Teams for Videocalls with our customers.
When the meeting is booked, we both get an invite in our calendars.
How can Hubspot or Teams automatically put a Microsoft Teams Link into the invite, so that the inbound can take part in the meeting?
Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance!
PS: I know that Hubspot uses Zoom as preferred Videocall Tool - we wanna stick with Teams.
Hi @XZeller,
In your Outlook settings (Settings > Calendar > Events and invitations) you should see an option to “Add online meeting to all meetings”. Now any meeting scheduled will automatically be set as a Teams meeting. It seems like this can only be enabled through the web version of Outlook.
If you’re using the same Teams link for all of your calls, you could also place it in the Location field of your meetings link in HubSpot (Menu > Sales > Meetings > Edit > Configuration).
Hope this helps!
This did not work for me - disappointing.
This does not work. I have made the changes in outlook but still hubspot is not adding the teams link to the booked meeting.
I’ve enabled this setting in outlook but a Teams link is not automatically getting generated when I create a meeting within outlook or within hubspot. Do we have an ETA on proper Teams/Hubspot integration as earlier this year there was a post by Hubspot saying it would be released in a couple of weeks but then there’s been nothing since?
Is there an update to this? It seems like something everyone is asking for.
