It would help a lot if there is a way to bulk edit multiple workflows.
There is no feature allowing you to replace a user by another one in workflow or bulk edit workflow actions.
For example, you have 3 workflows that assign contact to user X you need to be able to bulk edit them to assign contact to user Y instead.
OR you have a branch that first checks Company or Contact owner before moving onto the next step in the workflow, but you’ve had a change in the organization and you need to change a name listed in that branch.
something else that would be helpful if there was a branch option for contact/company owner is on a certain team, rather than listing individuals

In our case, we’ve set up multiple workflows for different regions, where we send emails to specific team members based on criteria like buyer persona, location, or province. However, if there’s a team change (someone leaves or a new person takes over) updating the recipient manually across all workflows is time-consuming and prone to errors.
A bulk edit feature or an option to dynamically assign users (e.g., based on team membership rather than individual names) would make these updates much more efficient. Hope to see this implemented!
