We use the Data privacy requests > Enriched data deletions queue heavily and receive many enriched data deletion requests per day. Right now, we can bulk delete/process these requests, but we cannot bulk assign them to a single user. Each request has to be opened and assigned individually.
It would be extremely helpful to have a bulk assign option on the Enriched data deletions table, similar to other bulk actions (e.g., bulk delete). For example, we’d like to:
- Select multiple enriched data deletion requests with checkboxes, and
- Use an “Assign” action to set all selected requests to a chosen user (in our case, often the same person handling privacy requests).
This would:
- Save significant time when there are many enriched data deletions on a given day,
- Make ownership of privacy tasks clearer, and
- Help teams scale as volumes of enriched data deletion requests continue to increase.
Our current workflow: we see multiple enriched data deletion requests in the queue (e.g., 6+ in a morning), we can bulk delete them, but we cannot bulk assign them all to the same user. A bulk assignment feature would remove this manual step.
