I’d like to suggest a feature that enables users to bulk delete tasks directly from a filtered report or task-based view in HubSpot.
At the moment, reports can help identify the relevant tasks, but they cannot be used to take action on them. This becomes a major issue when a large number of tasks need to be removed, for example 1,000+ tasks created unintentionally or no longer needed.
The challenge is that tasks do not support custom properties, so there is no way to mark them with something like a deletion flag and then manage them through automation or cleanup logic.
A useful improvement would be one or more of the following:
- bulk delete tasks directly from a filtered report
- bulk delete tasks from task views based on filters
- allow custom task properties so cleanup logic can be applied more flexibly
This would make task management much more efficient and help users resolve accidental task creation at scale without needing to manually delete tasks one by one.
