Yeah we need a way to manipulate activites via workflows - I’ve run up against this 2x this week
I need this to reduce associations with a company. I am close to the maximum and now have to delete notes one by one and it is very time consuming. My notes are linked to tickets but they are not deleteed when the ticket is deleted so now i have thousands of notes to manually delete. Deleteing one by one makes the process more of a hassel than solution.
I saw the solution further up but I’m not savvy enough to do it confidently. I made a zap that imports QBO invoices as notes but in changing some things in QBO, zap decided to import hundreds of notes that are just cluttering up the timeline. There really should be a way to bulk delete these within HubSpot and not have to have a 12 step process to do something that seems basic.
Came here to say this. When the tasks are overdue and cannot yet be completed, the ‘overdue’ tasks show in the notes and there is no need for them to appear every other day
