We have a Contact > Deal Label that we used to track who referred us the deal. We associate the deal source with the custom lable “referred by.”
How can we run a list of deals and see any contacts with the ‘referred by’ label? The idea here is that contacts will show up multiple times if they referred multiple deals so that we can count measure our top partners.
@karstenkoehler Thanks! This is not quite right though as we are expecting to see multiple rows per contact, if they referred multiple deals. If someboy referred 20 deals, they’d appear 20 times so taht we can see the contact > associated deal as the unique dataset, rather than just “this person referred at least one deal.”
For example, if you’re in a contact record, you can see each deal they are associated with using that label. We’re looking for this same dataset but essentially in list format.
@drafeedie lists in will only show each record once, not multiple times.
If you’re looking for contacts to appear more than once, you’d have to build a custom report with data sources deal (primary) and contacts, filtered by the association label:
