I have created an association label for “Decision Maker” and about to associate contacts with this label. Before I venuter down this route. I would like to ask, can I create an active Contact List with the association “Decision Maker”
There are no deals, its a simple Contact to Company Association and the Lable is Decision Maker so I can identify those contacts that are decision makers. I then wantto create a list that contains “Decision Makers” only.
No deals are involved it is pureely to identify those Decision Makers, via a List and then email them
You hadn’t mentioned any object, hence my question.
If you want to create a list, you would have to filter for contacts associated to a company where the association corresponds to a label, see an example below:
Hi, could you please explain this in more detail? I don’t appear to have the category "Contact is associated to: Company with label “XXX” " I am trying to create a list of contacts that have a specific custom company association label assigned to them.
Hi @karstenkoehler,
this solves listing association labels between contact to company. How do I create a list of associations between company to company? For example creating a list of all companies labelled as “child” companies.
Thank you very much for the help!
@DerFabian same steps – create a company-based list, click ‘Add filter’, then change the dropdown from ‘Company (Current object)’ to ‘Company (Associated Object)’.
I just realized that I can create a company list and can switch from “Company (Current Object)” to “Company” as associated object as well. That does the trick.
@jrtbv first select “Company (Associated Object)”, then click “Company properties” first, then search for “Create date” and filter for “is known”. Then you should see the association label.
