I am trying to set up a table report of contacts who have completed submission forms within the last 7 days. I would like the report to show the contact name, which form they submitted, their company name, and the date of submission.
I would like it to be a table, but if it needs to be a different visual chart type, that would be okay. I am familiar with the report that shows form submissions from sources, but I can’t figure out how to show more data.
Any help/suggestions is appreciated : )
The issue you are going to face with out of the box Hubspot reporting is if Contact 1 submits form A and form B. What I would say in most basic instances would be to report on anyone who has a recent conversion and recent conversion date and put that into your table. But in my example, in this instance, Contact A would show up, but they would only show up for the recent conversion even if they had 2 in that week (so they wouldn’t show up twice). If you are not worried about that scenario I would start there.
