Hi Hubspot team,
I was used to Microsoft Forms and it’s possible there, to get branches according to questions in the form.
The “Logic” function in Hubspot forms is not enough, and I really would need something like :
If Answer 1 = X → go to Branch 2
If Answer 2 = Y → go to Branch 3
and so on
Any change to get it in Hubspot ?
Best,
How could such a feature be missing?
We could really also use this feature.
Now we are force to make the forms in MS Forms and then somehow add them to HubSpot.
Our company need Branching in forms to.
Right now we need to use MS Forms.
+1. We want to ask leads different questions based their response to a question earlier in the form. Specifically, when learning about our leads’ businesses, we ask them if they are a startup business or an existing business; some questions will only be relevant to one of those groups. HubSpot’s new form editor doesn’t solve for this use case.
We currently use Typeform over HubSpot forms because of the lack of this feature. If others are struggling, Typeform’s integration with HubSpot is quite good so you may consider checking it out.
