When I create an email with the header image built as a body pattern, Outlook doesn’t display the image - but rather the default color. Is there a way to get the image to show in Outlook?
@CMonson Outlook requires VML (Vector Markup Language) to render background images which HubSpot does not have DnD emails set up for. Which, honestly, I don’t blame them because it’s kind of a pain in the neck to add since all other email clients support background-image. If you really need it to show on Outlook you would need to create a custom module with the necessary markup for a fully supported background.
