Is there any way I can prevent my marketing emails from soft bouncing due to the recipient’s email security filter?

This is to some extent a black box, but here are the things you can do:
- Make sure your email sending domain is fully authenticated: Manage your email authentication
- Add further authentication (BIMI) - Use BIMI to display a verified brand logo in emails
- Consider turning off marketing mail tracking: Manage marketing email open and click tracking (an aggressive step, yes; some email service providers might see identity tracking as something potentially risky as it can lead to very long, hard to interpret links)
- Consider a dedicated IP address for sending to have full control over your reputation vs. being in a swimlane with other HubSpot customers: Connect a dedicated IP address for sending emails
Even with those steps, some industries are simply very restrictive. If your recipients are in finance, research or similar, they have no interest in letting anything in that has even the remotest chance of doing damage or harm.
