Automation on email

Hi,

I have several questions about email automation and email report.

1. to whom, is from email address.

For example: I need to send emails a mass, when I have to write dear Mr.Mrs. … . Instead of it’s fill auto from email address.

Is it possible?

2. How can I count the reply and sent emails with one customer on the report?

3. How can I analyze customer behaviour from email and chat?

Thanks,

I hope hearing from you soon,

Your respect,

Dulamsuren S,

Hi @DulamsurenSerod,

I’m not sure I’m following here. Are you referring to marketing emails (which allow for bulk email sends) or to sales emails? The from email address in marketing emails can be customized, for sales emails it is going to be the email address you connected as personal inbox by default.

Salutation would be a separate topic entirely. In marketing emails, it’s solved by using personalization tokens.

If you could specify what you’re referring to, give an example and share a screenshot, I can elaborate.

If you’re referring to the contact object, there are properties for this which HubSpot maintains automatically:

  • Marketing emails delivered: the number of marketing emails delivered for the current email address.
  • Marketing emails bounced: the number of marketing emails sent from your account that hard or soft bounced (this does not include global bounces, that are bounces in any account in HubSpot’s system for a permanent reason, such as an invalid recipient).
  • Marketing emails opened: the number of marketing emails opened. Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same email is opened multiple times, this value will only increase by one.
  • Marketing emails clicked: the number of marketing emails which have had link clicks. Please note that this value is incremented at most once per email; if the same link is clicked multiple times, or multiple links in the same email are clicked, this value will only increase by one.
  • Number of sales activities: the total number of sales activities logged for the contact. Sales activities include a call, chat conversation, LinkedIn message, postal mail, meeting, note, sales email, SMS message, task, or WhatsApp message. Learn more about logging activities.
  • Number of sequences enrolled: the number of times a contact was enrolled into a sequence.
  • Number of times contacted: the total number of times the contact received communication via a logged sales activity. Unlike the Number of sales activities property, this property does not include tasks.

If you’re referring to the company object, this requires a Professional subscription. You can either use a calculation property to roll-up contact information on the company object or create a custom report, pulling in company and activity information.

This depends on what exactly you want to analyze. As a starting point, I’d recommend the report library: Menu > Reports > Reports > Create report > use the Data sources dropdown to select Chat, 1-to-1-email or Marketing emails.

Hope this helps!
