Currently there is an option to create and manage author profiles in blogs , this option is not available in Knowledge base. It would be great to see the author profile on KB articles too.

Completely agree! If we could make Knowledge Based Authors an optional field to fill in, it would be very useful specifically for internal knowledge bases. Currently it is hit or miss if our team shares who wrote the article, but if you have questions about the article, it becomes difficult to find the right internal point of contact to speak to. This would be a great addition to the Knowledge Base tool!
Another nice/optional field to add to KB articles would be when the article was written and when it was last updated. HubSpot has this built into their knowledge base articles and I’d love for us to see that too so teams reviewing articles would know if they should look for something more current if the article is older.
This is critical to know who wrote the article and when. Agree that the blog and KB should work identically, just live in different locations.
