i created a new app which generated the below url
but if i click on this URL it takes me to a hubspot instance and then just keep showing a loading spinner.
it does not redirect me to the redirect URL or shows the stand permissions dialog etc.

The end of that url is suspicious. 
Don’t think you want that space between you two scope requests.
well i didnt change anything but after sometime it started to work on its own
@vikram-mit , cool. I clicked the link you had above and it did not work, but updating the link to include %20 between the scopes instead of the space did work 
. Long URL. easy to miss
