  • Configurable Social Account Expiration Notifications: Specify which users receive social re-authentication alerts instead of notifying all portal admins.

  • Breeze Assistant for Payment Links: Describe a payment link and Breeze drafts it in seconds. It handles the full lifecycle: clone, update, toggle discounts, activate, or deactivate.
  • Remove Stored Payment Method: Delete outdated payment details from a contact or company record β€” no support ticket needed.
  • Discount Codes Moved to Payment Links Settings: Discount codes now live under Payment Links settings where they're used. Existing codes migrated automatically.

  • Action Gap: Automatically analyzes conversations to surface actions Customer Agent needs but hasn't been configured to perform.
  • Deployment Recommendations: Personalized deployment recommendations based on conversation volume, resolution benchmarks, and SLA data.

  • Sends Payment Links: When a buyer signals readiness to purchase, Customer Agent picks the right payment link and sends it inline.
  • Looks Up and Sends Invoices: Customer Agent finds invoices, explains the charges, and sends a copy with a checkout link in the same thread.
  • Assign Any Conversation: Hand off any conversation to Customer Agent from the Help Desk or Inbox Ticket Owner dropdown, letting AI handle standard queries without leaving the workflow.
  • New Actions Library: A searchable catalog of pre-built CRM, Workflow, and Shopify actions replaces the single-form setup, with Action Gaps surfacing missing configurations from live conversations.
  • Cites Sources in Your Language (Automated Rollout): Citations now filter to match the language of each visitor's response, so users only see sources they can read.
  • Crawled Website Sync Status (Automated Rollout): A new Pages column shows how many pages synced after a crawl, with per-page status and failure details.

  • Customer Agent Folder in Help Desk (Automated Rollout): A default folder with four pre-built views organizes Customer Agent tickets by status, sorted by longest wait β€” no setup required.
  • Bulk Unmark Spam: Select and unmark up to 100 spam threads at once instead of handling each individually.
  • New Filters for Threads: Reps can hide system messages and specific activity types from their thread view. Filters are personal and don't affect teammates.

  • Shared Column Configurations in Segments: Set a shared column layout for a segment so all team members see the same columns.
  • Marketplace Listing Update: Credential Broker Apps: Apps whose primary purpose is selling OAuth or credential storage will be removed. Apps using these tools internally are unaffected.

  • Edit Specific Text with Breeze in Emails: Highlight any part of an email draft and ask Breeze to rewrite just that section.
  • Breeze in Global Search for Deals and Companies: Breeze now appears in Global Search results for Deals and Companies with a summary and suggested actions for the top result.

  • Improved CRM Notifications in Email: Notification emails now include full context for mentions, assignments, stage updates, and association changes.
  • @Mention Notifications Go to the Right Record: @mention notifications now link to the exact record, expanded to nine new object types including Contracts, Orders, and Subscriptions.
  • Column-Level Filtering in CRM: Filter records by clicking a column header in any CRM table β€” no separate filter menu needed.
  • Team Email Signature Improvements: Preview your signature before sending, add profile pictures and meeting links, and switch between personal and team signatures in the composer.

  • Updates to HubSpot Connector for Claude and Remote MCP Server: Now supports Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Notes, Tasks, and Meetings β€” query and create records directly from Claude.
  • Meetings Calendar in Main Navigation: All users can now access a meetings calendar from the main nav under Sales > Calendar.
  • Recorded Meetings No Longer Create Duplicate Call Records: Meetings recorded via Notetaker or video conferencing integrations now create only a Meeting record β€” no duplicate Call record.
