Assigned properties gone

So about a month ago i created a handful of properties to assign to contacts but from today when i go to the advanced filter and select i certain property i created, no contacts show up relating to said property. (It did before)

Does anybody have an idea as to why?

Hi @MBryant1,

Can you find a record that you know had a value for this property? By following these steps, you should see the history: View a record's property history

In short, you would navigate to the contact record, click View all properties in the left sidebar, find the property, hover your mouse over it, click Details. The sidebar should open with the edit history.

This would tell you whether someone or something deleted the values.

After viewing some of the property records for some contacts, i am seeing the latest update being:
“HubSpot calculationProperty changed by an update from another property, an associated HubSpot record, or a HubSpot tool like lead scoring”

Could this be the reason why?

Object type: Contact
Group: Contact information

I named the property “Event Organisers”

  • What does the property contain? What property type is it?
  • Where is the property being used? (forms, lists, workflows, reports, views, imports)
