Archive Forms

I would love to be able to archive forms we no longer use or need. I don’t like deleting forms because I don’t want to lose the data, but I also want to get the unused forms out of the way (out of sight, out of mind) to make it easier to manage the forms we are still using.

Agreed, we have the same issue and although we have removed the link from being accessed some of our clients may have saved it and we don’t want it to be used anymore.

100% agree! The ability to archive a form is imperative for my team. We want to access the historical data easily and oftentimes clone the form and use it again for various projects. Please make this an option.

With the new form editor as well, this would be very handy to avoid confusion between legacy forms (which we could unpublish/archive) and the new form editor (which are published/live)

Agree with everyone above. Being hubspot users for over five years, its starting to create cluter and legacy issues. Would be great to have an option to archive (same with workflows)

I really don’t know why this is not possible. Everywhere else you can archive. We have so many old forms but deletion is not always an option…
Please implement Hubspot!

Much needed for quite a few clients; despite turning forms off, having filtered views and placing into an ‘archive’ folder, the forms are still visible and causing issues for admins when users clone older/outdated forms.

I am facing the same restrictions right now. We want to keep the data of the forms and would like to also keep forms from event sign-ups for future reference and cloning them for future events, but we would like to have an overview over active forms and see when a form is no longer embedded in any content.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you all for taking the time to submit, vote and comment on this Idea.

I’m Sabari, the PM for HubSpot’s Forms tool.

At this time there are no plans to develop this Idea.

As a workaround, we have released the ability to unpublish a form. Unpublishing a form will retain the form analytics. You can also clone an unpublished form.

Regards,

Sabari

Agree with this! We use forms for conferences and events and it would be great if we can archive them so there isn’t clutter and they can’t be accessed anymore, but the data is still saved.
