Would love it if we could combine forms or archive them so we can still see the data but don’t have to have it on the “LIVE” list.

As @karstenkoehler mentioned, I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Archive Forms . To contribute, you can upvote the existing idea and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.
In the meantime, you could move old forms into an Archived forms folder, rename them with an ARCHIVED – prefix, and create a saved view that shows only active/live forms. HubSpot supports folders and filtered saved views for organizing the forms table.
