Is there any way to export an entire transcript?

Right now, we are sorry to let you know that exporting call transcripts is not available. We can offer the option to share call recordings, and one possible workaround you can consider is downloading the call recordings individually, as they are accessible, and exporting the audio. Then, you could utilize a text conversion tool to transcribe the audio into text.

I understand that exporting call transcripts could be a handy feature, but I’ve noticed a similar idea already present in our Ideas Forum: Export Call Transcripts, to contribute, upvote the existing idea, and share more details about your specific use case in the comments.

This is abslutely absurd. We can’t bulk export our own transcripts and audio files? Such a huge miss.

How can I download a call audio I don’t see any option to do so @DianaGomez

It is far too labor intensive to review call recordings 1by1.

If we could export transcripts in bulk we could use this for helpful analysis. Without this feature the transcriptions are pretty pointless
