We need to be able to export call transcripts from Hubspot, so that we can perform analysis on different groups of contacts and identify trends in their phone calls. Currently the only way we can see a call transcript is to manually click on each individual contact - it’s not possible to do a mass-export or to have the call transcript included as part of a list or report. This funtionality would be super helpful to our team!
1000% percent agree. It is crazy that I can see the transcript but not be able to download it. We want to use it for trianing new employees. Take the best and update our Script

With the ability to now create custom GPTs, that feature would be even more valuable.

I also would benefit from the ability to review and print transcripts without having to navigate through additional websites or resources. HubSpot is already amazing, this feature would make a Call Review more efficient and save me time.

Right now via the API I can see a hs_call_transcription_id property and hs_call_has_transcript is TRUE but no property is available for the actual transcription text.

I sent this to our dev team and I just received word from them - there’s nothing wrong with what you built, however, they confirmed that the ability to get call transcripts is not currently available for clients. I asked the dev team if they have a plan to make that available in the near future, but they don’t have any plans for it at the moment.

That is the sound of me looking more seriously for alternatives to Hubspot because of such a ridiculous choice not to export the call recordings and transcripts.
Please make this available both through UI exporting as well as through the API.
That’s a pretty big limitation for Meta Analysis of Transcripts. Being able to export all transcripts at once and using LLM to identify patterns is one of the most valuable use cases and should be possible with Hubspot if they want to compete with other phone providers.
