I think the recent product update for creating multi-select user properties is briliant but the new product release only works when creating a new property (Existing User properties cannot be configured to be multi-select at this time). This would mean we would need to delete the original property to create a new (but exact same) property in order for it to be multi-select. That would affect all our data if we were to delete the original property and introduce a new one. Is there any way existing user properties can be included for multi-select values?
