Allowing empty spaces in mandatory fields

Hi Team,

Sales >> Deals >> Stage >> Deal Lost.

When marking a deal as lost, we ask for Lost Reason as a mandatory field. Problem is Hubspot is allowing empty spaces as an entry and enables the save button. People are just tapping the space bar few times and saving it.

My suggestion is to not allow spaces.

The same problem with ‘Company name’. On our form it’s mandatory, but if the client taps ‘space’ Hubspot allows it to move forward, as a result, we do not receive the company name. We kindly ask Hubspot to fix it!
