I cannot seem to add ALL of my contacts to an email I want to send. Yes, I have created an active list with the filter “email known”. It does not update. Anyone have a solve for this. I’ve been dealing with this for over a year now.

Can you confirm that you’ve create an active list? Create segments
If you created a static list, that would not update anymore.
Should you have created an active list, could you please share a screenshot of the list criteria? Just to have the same understanding, can you elaborate on why you’re thinking that it’s not updating? Are you looking at the list size in the list tool or when added to a marketing email? (If it’s the latter, there might be multiple reasons why contacts are excluded from a send and I’m happy to share a list.)
