Hi,
Can we create an active list with contacts who opened a specific email?
I managed to create a list with the contacts who opened an email at a specific time, but it isn’t updated.
Thank you for you help!

Hi @CLep,
Did you create an active or a static list? If you created a static list, that list is frozen in time and does not update. An active list would permanently update as contacts continue to match its criteria: Understand ways to group records in HubSpot
If you want to filter for contacts who opened a specific email, navigate to Menu > Contacts > Lists > Create list > Contact-based > Active list > Add filter > Marketing emails. Select the email and save the list. That should be it ![]()
Best regards!
Thank you!
Hi @CLep
@karstenkoehler’s suggestion is spot on! One thing I would add, depending on what you are planning to do with that list of contacts, it’s worth noting that open rates aren’t the most reliable email marketing KPI.
This is a great response.
Is there a way to filter that list further with people who opened it a set number of times, or to have a column with the open count on it?
Karsten -- What would it look like to expand this? Say anyone who Opened at least two marketng emails and clicked within those emails once since 1/1/24? Woud love to know more about how to create those combinations.
