I have read this article but it does not say how to use Hubspot to create your own affiliate program by tracking partner’s leads, affiliated links and commissions.
Is this something we can achieve with Hubspot professional or enterprise?

Simple answer - can you manage an affiliate program with Hubspot? Yes. Essentially at its core Hubspot is a CRM that allows you to maintain and manage records of your customers. But it is not a one-click shop to setup an affiliate marketing program for your business to drive sales. There are other software platforms that could integrate with a CRM to help you track and manage an affiliate network for your business. If you haven’t yet your business model for the affiliate program, I would look at your tech stack and figure out what needs to connect to ensure that you are able to manage and track your affiliate program.
